WHO KNOWS WHAT IS IN THE MYSTERIOUS BLACK BOX

so there is a mysterious black box being dropped at various points in the CAPITAL. What is in it? I DONT KNOW ..... however I am I guessing it has something to do with a campaign . the MYSTERIOUS black box is sitting on a black table with the flags of some African countries pasted on it heavily guarded by some Four able bodied men!.
